you spent the last two years carving this hole into my heart.and today...
today it is finally deep enough for me to to bury you in.
i helped you carve the first two feet...
destroying myself with
hopeful lies and self deceit.
and it was you that added the third....
when i told you that i loved you...
and you ignored me without saying a single word.
hopes faded and dreams dissolved
when you took the fourth foot with you
and you left your problems... here, unresolved.
hardening my heart, i tried to forget the past....
but you still managed to destroy another foot...
because my heart of stone couldnt last.
the last twelve inches, they hurt the least
the loose soil crumbled as i tore into it with my hands...
and this "obsession" i had.... its finally ceased.
theres a hole in my heart six feet deep...
here i lay my falling angel down to sleep.
