I built this to fill in one of the empty lots in my Little Island Sims 3 World. This is a 30X30 Residential lot.

This duplex is based on www.drummondhouseplans.com/hou… and could be used as a small apartment building. Each side has a living room, kitchen/dining room, full bath, half bath with washer/dryer, and outdoor cooking area. One unit has three bedrooms, the other has two.
