You have to click the 'download' button at the left-hand menu.

I downloaded them but i cant figure out how to use them on gimp. like where i can find them.

It depends where you downloaded them too. When you hit 'download', choose the file where you want to save them, download them and then find them. Unzip them and then put them into Program Files > GIMP > share > gimp > 2.0 > brushes.
Next time you open GIMP, open the brush dialog box, and then clikc the 'refresh button at the bottom (two green arrows). The new brushes should then show up.

ok I found where your talking about but I can only get there by opening it there. It wont let me put them in a file while saving it just puts them where ever it wants

OKay try going into My Computer and click search (should be in top taskbar). Search for 'GIMP Water Brushes', or something similar, and hopefully the computer will find them.

they don't need to be converted you can use these with GIMP because it uses the same GBR File type to read the brushes so just download and enjoys
btw thanks works great on my GIMP 2.6

just download them...they will convert them selves...i downloaded another brush set from this user and the converted to gimp ones so just download them

I've sent a request to the original brush author to see if it's ok to convert them. Will let you know one way or the other.

Well, I haven't gotten a response from the original brush author (I do know that the message I sent has been read), so I'm assuming that the answer is "no" on converting them. However, if I hear otherwise in the near future, I'll go ahead and convert them for you and send you a note letting you know they're available.
