     Welcome everyone, welcome. I'm glad you could all make it here today, and for those of you with us at home, I'm glad you could take time out of your busy schedules to hear my humble words. It is an honor to serve this society. I am far too blessed to be given the title of 'Mascot of the universe'.
      We are a strong people and I believe there is nothing that can withstand our resolve. Although there are pockets of trouble here and there, this is the safest place to live. With arms open wide, we warmly welcome people into our homes and supply great hospitality, regardless of their appearances, how their voices sound, or even the scents they give off. Although this people that I am so proud to be a member of has creatures of all shapes and sizes, and still will unify together using unique talents to their own race to combine their efforts into a single function... a single drive to better things for everyone!
     We are what build the roads and the apartments. We are the businesses and customers. We are the people and what we all want is to live happily. I want to work to make that dream true... this is why I instated a volunteer police force, voluntary road work for the poor and unemployed, regulatory jobs all across this planet, and into the others.  It is why we work hard to keep the streets clean, why we combat the levels of crime with such prejudice. There's no room for such uncleanliness and chaos in our utopia. You all have selected me to act for everyone's improvement, and should you select me for another term, I will continue my hard work and resolve these issues, I promise. I will fight to brighten our streets, and to let this city... no.. this universe glow brightly with the splendor and glory we work so hard to achieve! That is the dream I hold for us all, and that is the dream I wish to offer. Thank you ladies and gentlemen. It was a real honor to be able to speak to you all, and I hope that this will not be my last time doing so as Prime Executive.
