So here's the completed piece, playing around with the lighting this is what I ended up on for the window's view. Kaname is probably always going to be my favorite in vampire knight, I just relate to him a lot more than the other 2 main characters.

this art was sort of inspired by a screen shot from the anime but i went with his scheme from the manga for his hair and eye color (I like them better), not that you can tell since i decided last moment that having his eyes glow was fitting for the lighting situation i went with. I intend to start an etsy shop as soon as I have a few fanart pieces ready to go.
