Description
Unlike the M-01, the UNAF A-10 is a sophisticated, high speed combat mobile suit. Usually launched from carriers, the A-10's speed and firepower has earned it the affectionate title as the UN fire-fighter. Unfortunately, the performance comes with a heavy trade-off reflected in the steep price tag. The A-10 complex machinary and specially made airframe require 5 times the man power and funding to build and maintain, meaning the suit is only given to experienced pilots; as a result, there aren't enough of these suits in service to make a marked difference in turning the tide of the war.
