I do too.
But most often, I laugh out loud when I'm reading books, or listening to something funny, etc. I thought this was natural. I mean, who wouldn't laugh at something funny? But noooooo, on of my friends said she was embarrassed to be around me when I read books, and she actually yelled at me for it...
I don't believe I have an obnoxious laugh either, its just laughing.

I do this, too and I even respond to my thoughts like it's another person. It's kind of like I have an imaginary friend at the age of 20. I know I'm a little too old for those sort of things, but I never regarded it as that; to me, it's just my thoughts speaking to me.
