This is a joke, I get that, but if you're genuinely flustered by your weight (I don't know your situation, I just know mine) there's actually a pretty simple solution. Follow three easy steps:
1)Go Keto and learn to love Pinterest (that's where you'll find savory keto-friendly recipes so you don't hate life); 2)do about 20-25 minutes of calisthenics a day w/ some light jobbing for 20 minutes; 3)once you've entered ketosis, change your meal plan for good. Contrary to what you and everyone was taught in elementary school (myself included), eating multiple meals a day is BAD for you! It takes 5-6 hours for your body to process a meal, and during that time your insulin, if you eat sugar or lots of carbs, is going to spike, which effects your physical performance as well as your cognitive prowess. You only need two meals, both larger than a normal 3-meal-a-day diet would grant, to feed yourself. Not only feed yourself but enhance your physical and mental performance. "Fast" for 16 hrs (8 of which should be while you're sleeping) and then, in the span of 8 hrs in the day, eat two very large meals. This will allow your body to burn what it has stored and burn immediately what you're giving it; which is quality fuel versus quantity. Your body is in LOVE with fat, it can't get enough of it because it's the good stuff. It's premium gasoline to sugar's unleaded. That's why your body stores it up. Get rid of sugar, go Keto, and your body will burn fat instead; which will melt off excess pudge, increase your energy exponentially, and remove "brain fog".
Here's some literature if you're skeptical:

When I was 220 lbs three weeks ago, I did everything I just said; and now I'm down to 207. I would have lost even more weight if I changed my meal plan sooner, I only started this week and I've lost nearly a pound a day. If you honestly want to go down a dress or whatever, take my advice. That's all I'm sayin'.

Thanks for the advice ^^ Your comment is very useful for many who can see it!
I don't suffer from excess weight, this comic is a joke about my hard art work.

I feel you on this one.
It all got better when i changed what i eat alongisde doing alot of heavy physical stuff, but society does not make such choices easy for you. Try finding something to eat without sugar today, or try find ingredients not infested with the white stuff totally invain.

calories in / calories out is a lie, you can lose weight without exercise, if you are interested in such I do recommend a useful book called the obesity code

It's all about learning good habbits and substituing bad ones with them.

Absolutely. For every positive commitment you follow through your brains gets a little bumporooski of dopamine. It also builds circuitry, neural pathways, that enable the action to be done again and again and again with more ease.
It all starts with doing one positive thing you can do; and that expands over time the more your brain associates that action with something positive.

True, I know that. Although you may want to be careful with some habbits. Dopamine, after all, is the reasons addictions are created.
