Never thought of doing this originally but someone requested this picture in a 16:9 resolution for a desktop background,Im still new to photoshop so it was a little difficult to figure out what to do with the canvas I expanded on, so I left it black.
At least your program shortcuts can go there without covering parts of the picture, (I really hate that)
