For step 4 it is a lot easier to just click the create new layer icon (same result). Just thought you might like to know.
After the drag in liquify, you might want to add a few 'bloats' on some of the ends (not all).
You might then also add a drop of white (seperate layer) and use the snufge toool, to create the lighting illusion om the chocolate.
Leave out the reflection for another tutorial, since reflections will not always be as easy as your hoofs.
