...a question I’ve been asking myself quite repetitively during these busy times. I tried thinking of different ideas for pictures, and couldn’t think of a nice one, so, one picture featuring a person having an art block was the idea.
Again, featuring my favorite character, Blaze the Cat, in a different outfit. I don’t have much sense in fashion, so, please go easy on me if it doesn’t look right.
As you might’ve known, my account name is, yet again, hidden somewhere in there.
The location is actually taken from my design of Blaze’s study room, seen here;

This is a very good pic of blaze the cat. Like how she's thinking of something to do. ^^
I'm currently having a bit of trouble with art block too, so i doodle until something worth doing comes to me. Might put up doodles soon.

eeee! The pencil in on her mouth is just a brilliant touch to this! My eyes were drawn right to it, it's just too cute! XD I really like the liney texture to this, I think it fits in very nicely with the whole "study" theme this picture has. lovely work as always!

Holy crap, your sketch of the Study Room is wonderful, let alone that the colored version with Blaze looks even better, I love the way she looks like when she is thinking, with her pencil on her mouth x3 its kinda cute x3 xDD Great job ^^

I agree with . I like the jacket too. And the pencil does look like a moustache from afar.
Anyway, you did really well on this. IMO, the coloring/shading looks neater and you did a good job making the facial expression on Blaze. (Which it something I fail at.

Well, I don't know what other artists' methods are, but as for me, since I've never officially studied the art of drawing characters, I usually observe the expressions from myself (looking into the mirror, making funny faces to myself
