For my Intro. to Anatomy exercises. You know, after drawing a total of 15 hands (and feet... *pukes blood*) this latest module, I found out I hate drawings hands nearly as much as I hate drawing feet.Oh well... I decided to just post up the two best hands I drew and spare you from the horror of seeing my drawn feet when I really, really, didn't want to anymore. Proportion? Anatomical balance? What's that? -_-

Just hang in there, Ann~ As someone else said, at least the ability to draw them will come natural to you now cause it's gotten embedded in your mind.

I think you're being overly critical. Those hands look pretty good.. In fact, all the realistic hands and feet I've seen from you have been excellent! Just remember that most people can't even draw the thumb in the right place much less an entire hand! Be happy at how well you draw.

even in 3D i hate working on hands, especially when posing each individual fingers

I know how it is, drawing something so many times you hate it! But that's where the fun of art comes in... when you draw it so many times it gets imbedded into your mind and you can draw it forever. That's what I LOVE about art.... there's always something to learn!
