Description
This is an interface design how I wish my application launcher should looks like.
The idea was an application laucher that's easy to access, looks nice and needs no icons.
I imagine it a little in Media Center style in terms of the animations. So when you open it, the words should fly in smoothly but also fast so you can use it without too much delay.
Then you choose a category by clicking (or maybe also hovering) it with the mouse or use a self defined letter as hotkey.
After you have chosen your catecory a list with all included application appears. You can also select them by clicking with the mouse on it or with the number keys from 1 - 9 and then 0. I still think about what should be used for the eleventh entry and so on.
You should also easily access the settings over this interface ([link] here it is). The interface should also be accessable by mouse AND keyboard.
And last but not least the background will be a blur and colored version of the current desktop view. It would be nice if this image would fade in - like the desktop get blurred on steam when you begin to watch a video.

So, it would be nice, if someone could create a software like this. I would try it by myself if I could... xD
