I think good old Preddy here will lose to Samus advanced armored suit-he is Jungle hunter/Anytime/Predator 1 lookalike so he is pretty underequipped for such fight

Indeed. It will never be a "Duel" - but a Battle Royal.
I know that Yautja's/Predators like honorable Duels with Prey that they deem worthy.
So even if they do not favor a Duel above a simple Death Match at every possible time,
i bet a Predator can indeed be angry about not getting the Chance for a undisturbed, honorable Duel.
