In first mass effect wrex, garrus, and tali is all i needed. I liked tali as she was good in first mass effect when teamed up with wrex or garrus. But they nerfed her in second one and you cant buy or customize armor for them like in first. That totally sucks how else you going to better prepare for battle. I hope next one they have some mass effect 1 elements in their.

There are the upgrade for your armor, like damage resistance more biotic strength etc. Also yeah they did nerf tali her overload was the best is the first game. Still as soon as I got her she was in my party the rest of the time. One thing though I am not as hopeful to have her in my party in ME3 seeing how pretty much everyone on your team can die, which will suck because first my Wrex isn't with me and now my Tali will most likely suffer the same faith unless Bioware can pull off something amazing in ME3. If I can't have my Wrex(which most likely I won't) or Tali in ME3 I am swearing off the Mass Effect series for in a sense killing off my characters by just making them NPCs.

I at least hope they have more armor and weapons options didnt have much to work with for your team mates in the new mass effect. I like how more accurate the weapon are. The leveling up system is alright, though first one was too rpg style at least tali and other you can max out certain thnings to make their attacks more deadlier. Overall i like to see a combo of first and 2nd mass effect placed together. Have mor armor and weapons avaible like first one but not overdone in addition to customize your allies more and give them armors as well.

Pug, Wrex is still in ME2 though, if you got him through Virmire alive. He's chilling at Tuchunka and gives you a brawesome welcome when you get there.

I think they didn't put wrex in as a party member because you had a choice to kill him in mass effect so it wouldn't make much sense to make him available if someone decided to kill him. Your'e not only here buddy...I miss him too.

SPOILERS FOR MASS EFFECT 2:
At least if you save Wrex's life on Virmire you see him again. When you travel to the krogan homeworld of Tutchanka, you find Wrex has been livin' the good life as the chief of Clan Urdnot. And when you meet up with him, it's actually pretty awesome. Had a real "C'mere ol' buddy!" feel to it.

Unfortunately I played the 360 version of the first one then moved to the pc for the 2nd one because I just got an Alienware. If the third one somehow brings wrex back I will go through and play them all again on PC

actually in ME3 they might not have anyone in the old games. Since one of the ways u can end the game is b letting everyone die (including Shepherd) they said it'a a possibility they might reconstruct Joker and let him take over the mission.

I see. Yeah, if you do a new character, instead of uploading your old character from Mass Effect 1, it defaults to Wrex being dead.

I just beat the game last night. If u do beat the game once, u can start a new game and load a file from Mass Effect 1 the exact way it was with Rex alive. But im sorry but he cant join. You get a guy im positive u will like. His Name is Grunt. I would tell u more but i dont want to ruin the game. Trust me the game is worth.
