After their wedding, Peter, Gigi, Black and Pearl decided that they should have kids running around the house. This is Scout and Dot, the adopted dog kids of Peter and Gigi, and they're both one year older than Levi and Lara.
Prior to being adopted, Scout and Dot originally lived in the countryside of Kalos, with zero acknowledge of their biological parents. Together the two were raised by Flora, the twin sister of Alain's late Meganium caregiver Floresta. Then, when Flora passed away, Scout and Dot became two travelling pups until they found themselves in the streets of Lumiose City. Following that, the two lived as stray pups for the next two months until Gigi found them and brought them home. Thankfully, there's no law in Kalos saying that Pokémon who belong to trainers can't adopt either animal or human kids, so adopting Scout and Dot was no problem. However, by law Peter and Gigi had to take their custody as their guardians and not parents, which the two didn't care as long as they can adopt those pups to call their own. And even despite knowing that Peter and Gigi had to call themselves their caretakers, that still didn't stop Scout and Dot from calling them their parents, and since then, the two pups along with their Hawlucha guardians become one happy family.
I'll debut them, along with their adopted cousin who'll be the adopted kid of Black and Pearl, in a future fanfic after i'm done with 'Oshawott's Christmas Carol'.
