well Mark's already joked about Puck and Kurt (Lea said "Puck is going to be serenading someone in this room", Mark looked around then went "yeah, Kurt, it's definitely Kurt") and they joked about Puck/Finn in an interview, so I think they'd probably be flattered/embarrassed/jokey (embarrassed because Mark seems shy, I don't know about Chris, he says some weird stuff and not been embarrassed about it so I don't think he's too shy)
