So let me get this straight: this is not a well fashioned photo-manip, but in fact a from-scratch digital painting? Jesus, I'm beyond impressed. You've got some crazy amount of detail going on here, not to mention the face - could totally pass for a RE: Damnation promo picture. Many kudos to you, this is quite amazing!
