Description
A font a made a few years ago. Enjoy.Click "download" to, well, download it. You need to drag and drop it to your fonts folder (Under Control Panel) for Windows users. Dunno what mac people have to do, sorry.

Yeah my sister has two of the dragonology books (we were into that sort of thing a few years ago) but even in them the runes they gave were different. This takes most of the runes from one and then just uses some runes from the other for Q and stuff.

HORRAY!! NORSE RUNE FONT! They are not dragon runes at all believe it or not. The runes are actually the written langauge of the norse people, who were the vikings and such. I think it was called Futhark or something close to that...

Very nice font.
This is the same type of... typeface, used in the Stargate franchise for Asgard writing.

Well they're both based on saxon runes, so that'd be why.

I think those were based on anglo-saxon runes too. Tolkein was interested in those, if I remember correctly.

i have one question about downloading the font since i used to know it by heart and was so excited that i found it (also a dragonology fan ^^)
i use windows vista and i dont know what you mean by drag and drop D:

Uhh. Left-click on the file but hold down the button, then move your mouse around until it's over the Fonts folder, then let go of the button.

It's just the usual "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog". Most fonts have that as a sample because it uses every letter of the alphabet.
