Frisk wanted to relieve their experiences with their friends over and over again, up until it was a bit too much for the game to bear. After the game went through an event which is referred to as a “Quantum Leap”, Frisk forgot everything that has happened in their, quote on quote, previous life. However, in their house you may find things which are reminiscent of the past, though they do not help with the recovery of their memories. Frisk is slightly aged up, due to the events of Quantum Leap taking place a bit later than when Undertale would originally play out, and they have a new hairstyle, alongside some new clothes.

Quantum Leap is an original AU that takes place in an altered timeline where certain events of Undertale that don't happen, end up happening. Frisk enjoyed spending time with their friends so much, that they abused their power to reset in order to relive the pacifist route. However, on the final reset, the FUN value went over 100, which caused the entire game to break and reboot. After this, a lot of things have changed. Frisk falls into the Underground later than expected, Asriel doesn't die, but Chara still does. Both Asgore and Toriel still rule, but Asgore is incredibly sick, so Toriel rules, Papyrus makes it into the guard and helps people throughout Snowdin Town, and much more!
