Here's your mark! I tried to incorporate some different things that being a stagehand could entail. I don't know how much you know about theater but the backstage folks use a lot of duct tape! Mainly black and glow-in-the-dark. They might also help with costume changes, hence the mask, and a lot of set and props stuff, so there's a rope and pulley in there too.
