Your opponent cannot target other cards for attack except this card. If this card battles an opponent's monster, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card and make the opponent's monster lose ATK equal to it's DEF, then have this card gain ATK equal to the lost ATK. If this card has "Number 98: Antitopian" as Xyz Material, this card gains the following effect. ●If this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, you can target 1 "Utopia" monster in your GY and Special Summon it with it's effects negated until the end of turn, then attach the destroyed monster to it as Xyz Material. You can only use this effect of "Number C98: Antitopian Factor Zero" once per turn.
