Bio: Daisuke was orphaned at the young age of 6 and was soon adopted by Alexandria Claret, a master chef of the highest caliber. For the next eleven years, Daisuke was given a formal education and taught the many ways to cook with room to find his own style. Daisuke would soon enroll at Totsuki Academy with the dream to become the Number 1 Seat of the Elite Ten. During his time, he's made numerous friends, forming a connection with a student named Jeanne Mizutani where the two would eventually confess their love for one another after their second year at Totsuki was over.
Personality: Despite his more aloof manner of speaking, Daisuke cares a lot about his friends and family. He's willing to challenge anyone to a food war to protect the ones he cares for.
Cooking Style: Daiusuke uses a style of cooking he calls Enlightened Cooking utilizing his natural focus in cooking to bring out the best of each ingredient with precision and care and bring anyone that eats it a temporary form on enlightenment.
