More or less, this is a much younger (and prettier) version of an OC for an idea known only by a select few (and no, guys, you can't say her name or her fandom here.
if you can guess who she is, note me). ....and guys, this was as frizzy a hairdo I could get without the one that looked like an '80's Rapunzel.
