Wow, new art?!

So, I've been sick for quite a while - I don't reeeally want to get into it here, but it did involve also physically finding it hard to hold a pencil or pen for a while. So I've literally gone months between drawing anything. A combination of some remission and new medication has eased some of that up. Hopefully it means slowly getting back to art - yay!

I have, however, been writing a novel in the downtime. I've written a lot of stuff that's turned into little scripts or comics, or ended up just sitting unfinished on a harddrive somewhere. I'm actually making a go of it this time. I'm dedicating 2016 to writing and getting something published.

This is the first sketch of two of the lead characters, by a very rusty hand. First light referring to it being just that - first light being shed onto a new world - a new book, new faces, and new art.

Hopefully more soon.
