The line work is good. You definitely need to focus on your colouring. In this case you just used the gradient tool to fill the areas and it's really obvious. To get a better lighting look just select the area you want to colour then use a big soft brush with low flow and lightly brush on the shadows around the contour of the body. Keeping in mind the light source and directions that shadows would take
