Evolutions: Evolves from Kosmoo via Level Up if Eueffoh is in the party.
Dex Entry:
Mootian is the result of a wild Kosmoo being abducted by the Pokémon Eueffoh. By brainwashing wild Kosmoo, Eueffoh is able to essentially reprogram their brains to fight for it and carry out an invasion plan. Mootian are typically loyal soldiers and will obey a Eueffoh's command without much resistance. That said, there are rare occurrences where this Pokémon is actually able to break free from the mind control and will fight back against their oppressors. Thanks to the alien technology it was given by Eueffoh, it actually stands a chance of fending off a potential invasion.

References:
Mootian and its' pre-evolution are based off of the sci-fi idea that aliens abduct cows. I wanted to create a set of Pokémon that embody this trope, since I've yet to see this idea used.
