Luck and Misfortune going hand and hand.
Just like Ying and Yang or Chaos and Cosmos.
It like we going down this road again but it worth repeat.
Sure Chaos and Cosmos is about destruction and harmony and it very well play off the fact.
Just like Ying and Yang is all about balance and obtaining it.
But Luck and Misfortune play a much different role.
Sure the evil of Yang or the destruction of Chaos can make you hate life.
But Misfortune will make you despise life.
It like Gambling and once you lose it all then you lost it all.
Nothing can recover.
Although Luckiness can give you a lot of hope, but in the essence of luck it is not hope.
Luck can only last so long and you really have to be hot on a streak.
But sometimes Misfortune come and toy with the hand you already have and make you drop the balls.

It like this you are in a poker game and you win every hand.
So you said I wager my house if and only if you wager your house.
The thing is you been winning so much that you aren't scared anymore.
And to be honest you are very risk taking and some would say you are very stupid.
Of course the bet go on and your opponent really does not have a lucky streak.
So they go and play one last hand.
Each player already have the bet down so they just ask for the cards they needs.
It get dealt to them and it was looking as if he would get a royal flush, but he also need one more card to complete it.
Of course he is nervous and if he doesn't get the next card right he lost pretty much everything.
In fact the opponent is quite happy with his hand and no it not a royal flush but at least he has a four of a kind.
Now the last card been play and he got a 5 of spades.
He was shocked that he could have lost after such a high lucky streak.
So he was shame of himself for making his mistake and now he had lost his house.
And he beg to get his house back and he did something very stupid, because he was living in the moment.
But the other guy say too late a deal is a deal.
So misfortune got the best of him today.

It quite a marvelous fate to see Luck and Misfortune go hand and hand like that.
And it play into what happen in life and what you do about the hand that is dealt to you.
That is also reason why so many people play the Powerball because people think the higher the money the luckier you are and the more risk you can take.
And in fact spending 500 dollars for tickets doesn't even get you close.
In fact, statistic will say you are quite misfortunate to think like that.
