- So far, he's made healing candy, friendship candy, and the healthiest candy in Equestria, and they're all best sellers and probably scams
- Super intelligent, even more than Raspberry who is very intelligent
- Despite being a scam artist, Toffee is always working on actual ideas and creations
Raspberry and Toffee are best friends, basically siblings, and double cousins. They grew up together, being only three months apart, and consider each other siblings rather than cousins. Because of this, they picked up on each others good and bad habits, and are more alike that their twin parents are. They both learned to be charming thanks to Flim and Flam, but also polite and country homebody thanks to Cherry Jubilee and Caramel. It's no surprise they grew up to become minor scam artists like their fathers, however they're almost better at it. Because they can create real products, they just.. embellish. Toffee somehow turned his skill of candy making into a real business, and with Raspberry's help, they've managed to make candies that do what they advertise them as, just.. less potent. For example, their healing candy will get rid of pain such as headache and aching joints, and will last all day. But it won't heal a pony permanently like they say it will. Or the friendship candy, their best seller, that is really just two candies in one wrapper. One for you, one for your friend. It's all simple mind games, but they make a fortune off it and travel Equestria together in a caravan.
And if you're wondering their relationship with the Apple family, well.. it's not too bad. Applejack still doesn't like Flim and Flam, but has no reason to hate the cousins, even if they do embellish the truth. Because at least its.. sort of true? Unlike their fathers who just straight up lied and played the placebo effect game. Little Seed, Applejack's eldest son, has dated both Raspberry and Toffee(Toffee and Little Seed are on again, off again boyfriends). Cortland likes them in general, and Pallivalley adores them because they're just so sweet and kind and remind her so much of her Uncle Braeburn(third cousins but still close) and his family! Plus they live in Apploosa as well, so it's always nice to be able to visit friends and family.

In case you're wondering what double cousins means, it doesn't mean cousins x2 because of their dads. Raspberry and Toffee are double cousins because Flim and Flam are brothers, and Caramel and Cherry Jubilee are cousins. This makes Raspberry and Toffee first cousins on their dads' side of the family, and second cousins on their mom/father's side of the family.
