Another one of those lovely little requests I get given every now and then, this time it appears to be for another HTF/Pokemon hybrid. (Didn't I come up with that idea before?) None the less, meet Raymond the Sneasel-like HTF. His cold as ice temperment makes him a chilling foe without a doubt, with his sharp raking claws and bad temper to boot!
