Lots of things I like about this one.
Her bare hand and foot are great, they feel so desperate, like she's trying to slow a mad descent.
The distorted perceptive adds to that feeling. Both Alice and the rabbit seem to be taking the corner at serious speed.
The rabbit's expression seems predatory, but like he's having the best time after. Makes you think he's a real bastard.
His swirly toes, cotton tail, and ears are almost cute. Almost, because the face, stringy thighs and knobular knees seem kind of obscene in juxtaposition.
As for Alice, she's very desperate and lovely. Wonderful subtleties, like the slight indent of her stocking against her thigh, the outlined press of a nipple through her dress and the glimpse of bare hip we see courtesy of her torn button. These all make her feel fleshy and vulnerable.
She seems as if she's been having a hell of a time with her battered attire and her hair in her mouth.
I'm fascinated by her expression too. She doesn't look scared, she just looks tired and lost. It makes me wonder whether she can see the door around the corner, and if she's can't, how her look might change when she does.
I also enjoyed the little background details, like the jars and bottles above the door, the knobby branch in the wall board, and the power box for the light fixture. Nice touches.
Overall, very nicely done, I feel quite a lot of story in it. Beautiful work indeed.
The one thing I'm not crazy about is the hand gripping the wall. The fingers seem a little flat and bloodless compared to her other hand.

the coloring seems to get a bit cartoony starting at her right leg and towards the door
a bit of a more emphasis on that and I think the contrasts of light and dark would become highly well
