I have no idea why I like this picture, but I do, so now you have to tollerate it. The shot was taken in a live tree I purchased for Christmas several years ago, which has since grown into a healthy 4 food sapling. It always looks exceptionally gorgeous in the snow, and even though the snow was mostly thawed in this shot, I really like the look of the shining chunk of ice amidst the bright green boughs. Also, what's up with that crazy mottled background? I didn't notice it what I was shooting, but it makes for a nice contrast.
