I wish I remembered the name of this plant, but alas - I do not! All I know is that it was HUGE and at the New York Botanical Garden. It had these fantastically ornate leaves that were always a beautiful mix of fall colors. Makes me wish I lived somewhere with leaves so lovely all year 'round!Related content

Looks like a Croton to me -- I have one that I rescued from Home Depot. They grow to be HUGE; about six feet in the wild. Gorgeous plants, no?
