"What on earth is that bright yellow-green stuff growing on the rocks?" I don't know. But it makes for a nice contrast between the cloudy sky and dark sea. These rocks and small pool were photographed at Halibut Point State Park in MA. The focus on this is less than what it should have been, methinks, but I do rather like the perspective.
