Description
Back when I actually went to school in Scranton, I used to be pretty miserable, as I have never lived in a city before. However, this also inspired me to try my damndest to find beauty in an awful place. So, looking out over the city (but aiming upwards towards the tops of the distant mountains), I photographed this tree and moon at sunset. I love the colors, and though the picture could best be described as "gritty" compliments of the lighting, I think it only lends itself to the setting of the city: beauty hidden under a grimey surface.
