Ever take a picture, and then find out you captured something unintended? I thought I was photographing a very cool looking leaf, nice and colorful against a dark background. Imagine my delight when I found the slight sparkle of a snail's trail running along the left-hand side of the leaf. I really like the colors in this one; the mottled green and yellow of the leaf are so stark against the russet and brown leaf litter behind it.
