Description
The focus and lighting in this maybe isn't good enough to warrant placing it in anything but scraps, but... I like it. This toad was one of many... too many... that I saw on my hike up by the Sugar Hill recreation area in Watkins Glen. I thought I'd take a nice hike, but it turned into being shin-deep in mud with horse flies and mosquitos eating me alive while walking extremely slow and looking at my feet to avoid stepping on the hundreds of neo-natal toads who called the place home. This little fella was too cute peeking out from behind some blades of grass and a small twig, so I shot off what turned out to be a not very well focused shot of him.
