This goes out to a select audience.. haha. the small category of us here who have read Ender's Game and Ender's Shadow by Orson Scott Card. For anyone really confused, Ender's Game isn't a game, it is a book. These books are amazing and awesome! For anyone out there that hasn't read Ender's Game... Oh take it on my recommendation please do! I give it the highest marks. I've been listening to the audio books on cd at work of late and it has been greatly entertaining. Ender's game is truly one of my favorite books of all time. Def my favorite sci fi book out there. It appears they are making an Ender's Game movie.
I can't wait!Here portrayed is Ender (Andrew) Wiggin and Bean Delphiki in their flashsuits with Dragon Army colors.
Bean is totally my favorite character. I love how he is smaller and smarter than Andrew, but how smarts isn't always the winning factor 'cause Andrew can lead and has charisma. Haha. I think that was a dork moment.Oh oh oh oh. In the book, they have flash suits, and guns that stun the suits. Those little guns would only freeze their suits!!!! Nothing bloody intended! I swear!

Urgh, I hated reading Ender's Game in english class. I seen it as child abuse, both mental and physical. This is just my opinion though. Good art still.

That's an interesting and semi-valid interpretation, but in it's own way, it's completely valid. We as a society constantly put the needs of the group ahead of the needs of the individual. Majority rules, the short story "The Lottery", and basically every story about sacrifice in the names of the gods are examples of this. It always makes me wonder if we would be willing to sacrifice a handful of our children's childhoods in order to protect ourselves from "the enemy."

For the sake of profit, many childern are thrown into working the streets or in sweat shops. It's so common it's sickening.

May I second those highest marks? Because it truly is an awesome book and an awesome series.
The twist at the end ("we can get Bonzo too") was probably my favorite part. Illustrations were a bit crude, but I appreciate anything done about Ender's Game!

I am soo happy to see somone who likes Ender's Game/Shadow! We are reading it in my english class and almost everyon is talking about how lame and boring it is. It makes want to rant to them about how amazing it is and force them to see the light.

Nice little strip. I have the Ender's Game books in my house but I haven't opened them yet. i like Orson Scott Card because i read Memory of Earth, Call of Earth, Ships of Earth and Earthfall
