I was doodling earlier and came up with a design close to this. I kept changing it until I got the finished product of this gal here.
I got inspiration for the "unbrella" by the Youtuber LavenderTowne.
Anyway, I have no need for this character. I just kept drawing until she appeared so it's an adopt!
