Tell Doctor Isis where it hurts

In all seriousness, I'm not 100% in love with this design but I can't put my finger on why, so if anyone sees anything wrong with it, please let me know. It is beginning to grow on me, tho, so I may keep it as-is. We'll see.

EDIT 2/1/16 - Added back view and close-up of pin. Also, I've since grown to like the lab coat. I think the problem is that I had originally envisioned it as being much longer but it didn't look right that way so I had to shorten it, which I thought made it look too sexy. But, eh--knee-length isn't exactly scandalous XD It's still business-like enough.
