Self proclaimed martial arts master Nakamura thought he had struck gold when he came upon the idea of building a dojo with which to train people in his controversial fighting style. Nakamura charged his students a lot of money, only to teach them ineffective fighting techniques and encouraging them to pick fights with other people to show off this style, which is known by all students of actual martial arts to be a blatant lack of discipline.

When the customers stopped coming, and several of them charged Nakamura with fraud, the dojo quickly lost money until it eventually was shut down. Angrily, Nakamura roared to the skies for a chance at revenge.... and he got his wish in the form of a blast of dark Chemical Z energy!

With a burning hatred for all who study martial arts as a discipline, Nakamura became a living embodiment of chaos and disorder! Calling himself Anarchy, Nakamura openly attacks anyone who studies or teaches martial arts, using his super stretchy limbs as weapons!

You may have noticed that the PPGZ version of Anarchy looks similar to another famous anime supervillian. The way I see it, they can't put 'Z' in the title of the show without having some kind of 'Z' style action and fighting, now can they?
