So, in "Lolo's Unexpected Guest ", I noted that Klonoa went out into the vacuum of space, hoping to join Lolo in the afterlife. Fortunately, Guntz managed to bring Klonoa back into the Lunar Dome, but not before the latter lost consciousness and stopped breathing.

Since the boy's heart was still beating, though, Guntz and his father, Butz (long story on how he's alive), took him to one of the Lunar Base's defrosting tanks, hoping to warm him back up and re-oxygenate his skin. Unfortunately, as Butz notes, since Klonoa was in the vacuum for around three minutes (as opposed to less than one minute like the tank's test subjects), they may have to prepare for the worst...

(Also, if you're wondering what the scars on Klonoa's chest are from, they're from when Janga poisoned him in the Klonoa Heroes video game)
