A more polished image of the designs I posted on reddit.I thought it might get darker in colouration as it evolved, becoming more and more of a night hunter.

This is ideal. They will probably go a more anthropomorphic route and make it look retarded like other recent Fire starters.

I really hope it is something like this. But I'd do it kinda like this...
Litten: It's the cute, tiny baby stage.
2nd Stage: It's now bigger and now has signs of getting saber teeth, and is loosing it's cuteness due to growing up.
Final stage: It's now full grown, looking intimating and regal and has full sized saber teeth and is now much stronger and faster.
