I want to finish thisI want time to finish this
We have 6 more weeks of school which means it's going to get even more busy from here out, but I am so frustrated with not being able to show this to Morgan that I'm going to scan it and post it as a scrap as it may take me another month to find time to paint the last few shells. Hopefully it will not actualy take that long, but I have my suspicions.
So the plan: finish painting in the purple shells and the fish, and then.. I don't know if it needs something else or not, but I leave that open to your suggestions.
I'm sad that you all cant see this in person. The little images around the outside are to demonstrat that the area of color change is see through, carved compleatly out, totaly negative sculptural space.
and a lot of other details are carved. materials: masonite, colored pencil, water color, acrilic paint, black pen.

I SO totally owe you giftart for this!!!!!!! *biggest hug* She's so totally serene! It's almost like she's superceded thought all together. I did another portrait of her recently, here's the link if you want to see, but she shows alot more humanity in it.
