To celebrate a new fresh start of a new account, I present to you another still life of Xi-Qu's story. Only this time he and Amberlight were captured by the new skywing queen, Queen Redstone. Her mother, Ex-Queen Agate, was killed by the current Icewing leader, Duke Blackout, after almost murdering the entire Icewing royal family. Now Redstone wants revenge on Blackout, and upon hearing about a new stranger on Pyrrhia she decided to track them down and capture them. Her guards eventually caught up with Xi-Qu. Taking him and his friend hostage. Amberlight being kept in the normal prisons while Xi-Qu was kept in one of the castles towers. Redstone demands that Xi-Qu help her, or she'll destroy the amulet he wouldn't let her take right away. Of course she doesn't understand what it actually does, so she naturally thinks it's some family heirloom. Xi-Qu told her he'd think about it, but obviously is instead figuring out an escape plan.

and that's it for now, I'm super happy with how this turned out. For sure one of my best pieces despite my art block at the moment, which I think is now going away. Only thing I think I'd change is the fact that Redstone doesn't look like she's looking at Xi-Qu.....oh well, my hands hurt too much from this so I ain't changin it.
