Zeus, the Thunderer, was the absolute King who ruled the Gods of the Greek World from atop Mount Olympus. He was considered the most powerful of the gods, as the wielder of thunderbolts, dispenser of judgement, and protector of travellers, guests and supplicants. His attributes include the mighty oak tree, the eagle, and thunder.

Aside from his Queen, the powerful goddess Hera, Zeus had many love affairs, by which he fathered a large number of the greatest gods and heroes of mythology. These included many of the Great Olympians, such as Hermes, Apollo and Artemis, as well as famed heroes and heroines, such as Hercules, Perseus and Helen of Troy.

This was done in watercolor, and the model for Zeus was the irreplacable *justmeina .
