The next of my new group of 11" x 17" cover recreations that I commissioned from artist Greg Woronchak.

In this recreation, using Avengers #28 as the basis, we introduce the team of the Forgotten Four. First introduced in Uncanny X-Men #215, we learn that future Freedom Force members Stonewall, Crimson Commando, Super Sabre and the mentioned, but never seen Yankee Clipper had all been a part of a team that fought together during WW2. Well now the "Forgotten Four" come to life. The Yankee Clipper design is one of my own (see here... [link] ).
