Not the entire appearance but she has ability to copy character's color, example Gift Cat's Fur color is yellow, then Color Stealer's Fur color will turned into Gift Cat's Color, when a character wears a clothes lile shirt the same effect on it but when someone without it will still copy character's fur color directly to the shirt... That's how the mechanics work
