Okay this is my 8-bit Design Submission, called Fella and Llama Defending.What inspired me to enter this contest was, I grew up playing those 8-bit games, on my old NES, I still remember those days where I would spend hours and hours playing these 8-bit games, and at the time I thought the graphics were amazing
" title=" (Smile)"/>. And till this day I still love playing games, I guess i will be a gamer for life.But yeah all those creatures and characters from those 8bit games I used to play inspired me to create a fun and colorful design, which came out better than what I first thought up in my brain.
I have the ever popular Fella and Super LLama defending their points with fireballs from the evil Ninja and the greedy Pirate, and at the bottom I added all the emoticons from dA, which added a nice touch to the overall design.

23 Hours (yes square by painful square...lol)
And I wanted to thank all the people who voted for my design, I really and greatly appreciate all the support, from my fellow deviants.

Oh I'm so sorry, I had you confused with the creator of this 8-bit design >.<;;;;; I'm so tired after an 11 hour day at school. Please forgive me! Your design is cool too though. I especially like the one with the city. Very retro awesome

Good sir, you really showed a neat entry here since you've actually done something close to what one would call 8 bit. Most of entries I saw were either overshaded and overcolored pixel art, a bunch of squary designs still overcolored, or not even pixel art at all, yet way too praised when the entries are simply avoiding theme. This entry of yours fits the theme really finely, it's nicely done, and I think I wouldn't mind wearing it. I say you deserve winning this contest.

...Simply Complex, I like the traditional design method you used, the Llama looks a tad odd, but you can tell it's a Llama and that's all that counts, super awesome great job
