Th reason why I compare SM The_New_Animated_Series and Unlimited: I watch them back to back.

1. Thy got 13 Episodes and two parter Episodes as the beginning and the finale.
2. You know some characters from comics put into a different story as different roles meeting new characters.
3. They got two different endings. Oh I mean They got cliffhangers.

I say SM TNAS wins bcaus after Spidey takes down the evil twins, saved th day but He quits being spider-man, then chucks his suit inside the suitcase into the water outside Manhattan . He then saw himself as Spider-Man in the water and then himself. He then walks away, knowing that he has quit being Spider-Man and regrets getting that spider-bite.

On SM Unlimited ended on a cliffhanger. Coincidentally, Spider-Man: The New Animated Series similarly lasted thirteen episodes and also ended on a cliffhanger.
